Resident shield help

Specs: Windows XP
Okay so I have what I believe to be a virus claiming Resident Shield Alert.

The main reason I know it's fake is because it reports I have a Trojan and the file location for the Trojan is always one of my Anti Virus programs.. (eg. Spybot is a Trojan!..)

How can I remove this? I've tried using SpyBot, Avast, Malwarebytes, AVG They don't seem to pick up this one.

When I run the virus searches the 'Resident Shield Alert" pops up right when I believe the virus programs are actually scanning said virus. But they all end up finishing with no threats.
I cant even get into my computer..to do a manual remove

In that case physically remove the drive and slave it to another PC for virus removal.
