Hi Becky,

I'm a representative of I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the toolbar. The safest way to remove the toolbar is to use the uninstaller (ShopAtHome SelectRebates)found under "Add/Remove Programs" in your Control Panel. This will ensure that all files are removed.

Our Anti-Virus team works with AVAST to ensure that the toolbar is safe to install and use. Sometime they will flag us with what is called a "false positive". You may want to download the lastest definition file from AVAST to ensure that you have their most recent release. Meanwhile, we will be testing our toolbar with the AVAST security program and correct any "false positives" that we can find.

If you'd like more information on our toolbar, please visit our FAQs at and click on "Questions about the Toolbar".

Many Regards,

I use this all of the time. Revo Uninstaller. Can be downloaded for free. You will see an icon "Shop To Win". Highight it and then click on uninstall. Then click the dot that says advanced user. When it uninstalls check mark all of the highlighted items and hit delete. Then hit next. There will be about 150 files still left. Hit select all then hit delete. It will say finished "Shop To Win" will be gone and you will never see that annoying pop up again.
