Specs: Windows XP
It appears we have a Google hijack virus on our PC. I followed a suggestion on this forum to 1) run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and remove infections, then restarts (done), then 2) to run Trend Micro's Hijack This and save the log file for you guys (hello experts?!) to review please!
Here is the log file.. If anyone knows how to inrepret in order to help me remove the search hijacker that would be great.

I ran all the usual removal tools for this hijack but had to end up going to to download the specific removal tool. I had used Hitman Pro which showed 152 malicious objects. Luckily I checked everyone via google on another comp and only a few were actually malicious so be careful when deleting. What it did tell me was there was a TDL3 Alureon rootkit detected ie this google hijacker and it couldn't remove it. Googling this had sent me to Kaspersky's site which as I have said had the specific removal tool. After removal I then did another couple of goes with Hitman Pro as malware was adding all the time the comp was infected. Again I checked each one. Only 2 out of 26 were malicious but now we're all clean. It took hours!
