Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate x64, x3 amd 4 gb ram
just sending a friendly tip about some of the stuff i hate and some of what i WILL use for taking care of the bugs ( virus, trojans malware and such)
heres my personal top likes and lothes for the security software out there :

Avast4home, superantispyware, malwarebytes, bitdefender online scan. trendmicro housecall online , advanced systemcare 3, WOT

Norton ( *punt kicks it HARD*), Mccafee(*buffets and spits on it *), symantec, avg ( sorry avg lovers. not nearly good enough), ad aware by lavasoft ( used to like..but for various reasons not anymore) zonealarm, panda, any obscurely named "anti bug " software that seems too good to be true ( usually is). kaspersky (is a good scanner..but too damn hard on a systems resource so. no. no likee sorry guys ,) Comodo ( WAYY too confusing for THIS one ) telus security package ( LOLZ i know it sounds funny that this is here ..but my comp truly does hate it and so *sigh* here it is ) Shaw secure ( not really it lies )

i could go on longer ..but i won't waste more page space.

but just sos you know ive had my fair share of bugs ( aren't decompression bombs fun? NOT! and yes ive been hit with one before ) and have taken an active approach at nailing these types of problems . in fact ive gotten rather good at rebuilding systems ..:P and i'm just a home user.. ^.^

anyhow. i hope this helps you guys out there.. thats why i'm posting

Good list, great to see WOT Web Of Trust in your like list. This tool alone would stop people getting infected 98% of the time. As I say "There is no point parking the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff, when you could be at the top stopping people from jumping"
