You can only sort out this with Regalive themselves. They are nothing whatever to do with this free help forum.

Please edit out your email address or you'll get spammed to death.

Avoid all registry cleaners and magic fixes. The are unnecessary and most cause more troubles than they are worth. We often have to deal with the aftermath of these type of products.

About the only thing worth having on board is CCleaner (free).

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Food for thought: Most of the programs I suggest you avoid start like this. A new scanner magically appears on the desktop and appears to be scanning your hard drive. If of course finds many things wrong and repairs the bulk of these "said problems". However, the more high risk elements cannot be removed unless you indeed buy the program! That's the hook. You are scared into thinking you need this fix and now.....and that should ring ALARM bells from now on. No legitimate makers of products, install themselves and issue threats if you don't buy. As above stay away from reg cleaners particularly with windows Vista and up. Also Microsoft wouldn't call your house if you won the lottery, keep this in mind if your phone rings one day from a microsoft like company that immediately says your computer is broke, let us remote in and fix it!-it's a scam too.

To err is human but to really screw things up, you need a computer!

I love those calls from Microsoft claiming that my computer is need of repair. That's when I ask which one of my three laptops and two desktops is having the issue. Then I ask them which version of windows I am running....always fun to hear the pause...
