Reformat drives if password entered wrong

Is there a program to reformat your drives if the password is entered wrong 3 times?

Hmmm. Is it asking for a password at boot up.....boots then wants a password to enter windows or needs a password to acess the hard drive?

I am referring to a desktop computer. I am using Windows XP,it boots then asks for a password, after you click on your user name. What I would like to have is : "If password entered wrong 3 times, reformat C:E:F:"
