recover deleted taskbar

Specs: Windows XP, Pentium D 2.66GHz/0.99 gigs
My other computer was infected with the Fake System Restore malware. I believe I managed to remove it, but I also accidentally removed the Taskbar. Also, all desktop icons are missing. I scanned my PC with "SuperAntiSpyware" removal tool Free version. I selected "remove" instead of "quarantine" when the results detected the trojan. I think this deleted the taskbar in the process. Can I copy a file from this computer to reinstall the missing taskbar on the other computer?

Let's try the following:

Press CTRL ALT DEL to run Task Manager.
Now, on the File menu, select New Task (Run...).
Type in: explorer.exe and press OK.

That will restart explorer and may display your Taskbar.

Any luck?

The infection mentioned will hide all the files on your computer from being seen.
To make your files visible again, please download the following program to your Desktop:

Double-click on the Unhide.exe icon.

This program will remove the +H, or hidden, attribute from all the files on your hard drives.
If there are any files that were purposely hidden by you, you will need to hide them again after this tool is run.
