I received an e-mail from AOL <> saying my e-mail address
was about to expire. Is this true? What should I do?

Thank you.

Yes, it's a scam, but PLEASE remove your email address from your post, otherwise you are likely to get more unwanted mail (use the 'edit' button top right of your post)

I've just had the same experience with getting hit with an email scam and then receiving a follow up email indicating that my "aol account is about to expire". The two are linked and came from a scam where a known contact is wanting me to become their friend on "live health club". Don't touch anything related to this email. They capture your email contacts and flood them with the same. Don't sign up. Don't give them any personal anything. Don't even hit the "reject" button or they've got you.
