Random Sounds Playing From PC ?

May 16, 2011 at 22:53:30
Specs: Windows 7, 8gb ddr3
Today my speakers started playing random sounds, Sounds like commercials, Advertisements, Constant Annoyance.

I have checked task manager and start up services and dont see anything abnormal, Earlier i did disable my antivirus for a few minutes to free up processing power and its possible my computer became infected while browsing.

Im currently scanning my computer with kaspersky, superantispyware, and malwarebytes.

My last step will be combofix.

I did happen to notice that these sounds only happen when im connected to the internet and i was able to disable the sound through my volume icon in the taskbar, When i opened it up it shows a few volume bars that are not devices or anything and i can see the audio playing through this.

Its showing sound bar movement, But its not a speaker, an output, a micrphone, not any of these inputs or outputs, it says "unavailable"

This is a really annoying problem and its eating up my ram, Im running windows 7 64bit on 8gb of ddr3 ram, and dont really experience this sort of spike.

I have searched desperately and im not alone, however the people explaining these issues arent very informative, and the answers arent very straight forward. I need a solution, Because backing everything up is going to be a pain in the ass, I have alot of sound projects im working on that backing up would not work at all, Flstudio to be exact.

What can this be? Rootkit, Trojan, Malware, Spyware, Spam, Bug in browser, ?

Please help people

The next time it happens, open the task manager & end FL Studio, winamp or any other player that's running. Don't mute anything in the sound control.

If that doesn't work, open a command prompt & run
netstat -an
