unfortunatly that name isnt going to help. how familier are you with registry functions?

if you are familier, you could open the registry and search for that name, and see where it is located and what it points too.

if not, attempt to go into safe mode with networking and download a fresh copy of malwarebytes. run that and see if it discovers anything.

also, you could do a file search for anything modified since you installed the virus, probably the last day or so, and then post the names here and I will search through them to see what files are bad to find the real virus file

You may also want to try a full scan with malwarebytes and fix all it finds if it is not the above link.

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers

Thanks mike,
Malwarebytes and a fresh install of Avast nailed it.

glad to hear it.

you may want to scan any computers that you use a usb/flash drive on as a precaution, if you used it at the same time
