Specs: Windows XP
First sorry for my english, I am french!
Just received a phone call from my web provider, asking me to remove a DNSChanger that I would have on my computer. I ran a couple of tool and did not found any trace of it!?!?!

My provider told me that he would stop my service if I don't get rid of it.

I ran Hitman pro, Malwarebytes and AVG.
All fre version of those. No issue founded, couple of cookies on Hitman, but no malware.

Any option?

Thanks in advance,

Watch this vid...shows you how to remove the problem:

Now if that doesn't work for these 3 free progs in EXACTLY the same order:

1- rkill.exe
2- TDSS killer
3- Malwarebytes
DON'T reboot untill after the last scan. Fix all they find

Some HELP in posting on plus free progs and instructions 7 Medals

Thanks for the reply, I ran the tool like said, did not reboot, but the computer went on hibernation, since I did not saw the end of the last scan.

But, like I said, nothing found!?!?!?

Is it my provider that made the mistake, or the tool are not finding it?
