Problem opening a certain website

Specs: Windows XP
Hi guys,
I hope someone can give me some help with this one...

Mt internet access is fine apaart from one website : www.moneysavingexpert.com
It's been like this for two days now and it's really bugging me. Friends have no problem accessing the site, so it looks like it's just me.

Forgive me if I'm a bit vague, I don't have a technical background!

I have tried:
Host file has nothing related to the website
entered the sites ip address (numbers and dots) into the address bar which also does not work
Phoned my IP and they said that it was a problem my end.
Checked that the address was not restricted in the internet options.
A few other technical things tht I found from online searches but I can't remember (or did not understand more like) what it was.

I would be really grateful if someone has some ideas.

Thanks

Vicki

you can try firefox or google chrome to see if they work.
If it worked fine before, try a system restore back to before you had the problem

Thanks. I am currently working my way through all of the suggestions on your link. Will look at the other browsers when they are done, and if that fails will restore.
I really appreciate your help - I was tearing my hair out!
