pls help i think my ip address is hacked

pls help i think someone hacked my ip address
because i cant download on some downloading sites
like rapid share and they are saying that i am already
downloading something from them but i haven't
download at all..and there are some websites that i
cant even register at because my ip address is
banned even though it is the first time i visit that site...
i am using a dsl type of connection

hi at present there is a
win mssql worm helkern
that is infecting everybodies pc.
i have this worm.
kaspersky picked it up.
it apparentley is harmless just spreads.
still anythjing that spreads becomes large and could be a danger.
check malicious file removal tools.
check your firewall do a full scan or 2.
maybe clean out c and d of unnecessary programmes.
which anti virus system do u use?
try
advanced system care
or microsoft security essentials.
should i find a removal tool for this worm i shall post it.

should u be dloading rapidshare then r u dloading from limewire or a shareware programme?
should u these r usually packed with virus and trojans etc and not legal. also they suck your ram to bits! and take up far too much mb space
maybe work from there?

no idont iseldom uses those kinds of programs...though i
sometimes download torrents..but most of the time are direct
download...

i use avg free and malwarebytes antimalware. already done
it...even the person i share my with my router is also having a
problem because he too cant download from rapidshare,
megaupload etc

May be it is not that someone has hacked your ip addres but there is a proxy provided by your ISP and it is used to download files from other sites. You can see the difference in your local and external ip address here.
