pen drive folders have become system files

Specs: Windows 7
Pen drive folders have become system files.I was infected by a virus when i used the pen drive in a cafe . And now the folders from the pen drive have become system files and are hence hidden.
Also i used the pen drive in my laptop and my laptop as of now does not have an antivirus.
SO please tell me how to solve the problem.There is some solution as attrib and such one but i dont know it clearly please give me precise information.

Let's see if this solves the problem...

Plug in your USB pen drive.

Download Unhide.exe
http://download.bleepingcomputer.co...

Save it to the Desktop:
Right-click on unhide.exe, and select: Run as Administrator

Restart the computer.

Let us know how it goes. We will need to get rid of the malware that brought this on.

Hi,
after running the unhide,exe , in the command prompt it shows it is unhiding the files again , please be patient and it only processed the local hard drives that is c, d and g and not the pend drive folder which is f in my case .
