PC Tools state that they combines two engines (antispyware and antivirus) to detect and remove unknown threats. That is what you need these days. Good antivirus and good antispyware. If you use Avast and for example free version of malwarebytes antimalware or superantispyware (download links could be found http://www.pcrisk.com/top-spyware-r... you should be good to go. PC Tools software may be better for not having to run separate software to keep your computer safe. And you can't have both antivirus installed on same computer. Be sure you have only one anti-virus software installed on your computer, having two different programs may cause problems.
