Specs: Windows XP
I have the same problem. Each time I attempt to run the registry fixer, an error comes up saying that registry changes have been blocked by the administrator. I'm the admin! what a pile! any suggestions?

there may be some problems in the software you are using now, then you can try to re-install it after you uninstall that old one and clean its register branches.
more, there is some dll errors or some malware in the system, why not try more this way out:http://www.pcerrorwindowsfix.org/

Fix the registry as advised then stop using registry fixers, they put on more faults than they put right. You have been warned.

Please come back and let us know how you got on.
