If you really want to use Norton... then go to Norton website and look for their guide(s) on downloading and installing - when you already the key.

However... if you can return the package (presumably opened?) to Walmart and get a refund perhaps do so; then use one of several excellent "free" anti-virus utilities frequently recommended here?

I agree. It's foolish to pay for anti-vrus software when there are so many good freebies available - Avast!, AVG, Avira, BitDefender, Microsoft Security Essentials, etc, etc. Everyone seems to have their favorite; I like BitDefender.

I'm sure there must be some sort of instructions that came with your software? If you can't return your purchase, here's the Norton support page: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us...

As often as not these Norton folk never return here. Sometimes they seem to think we are Norton.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

This is the walmart/norton download site for their 360 multi device:

http://us.norton.com/walmart-n360md

There are 3 download options. Just click on the 'download-PC' and follow the installation instructions there.

That's interesting but not not related to the norton MD topic. No one is going to see it or benefit from it here. More practically it belongs in a thread discussing gmail.
