Hi,
In my work, they blocked ALL https connections, so I can't use Google talk or skype or Yahoo or ICQ... etc...
My question, do you know any chat software to be used in such network???

Start with Monster.com.

The might have a place to work at when you get fired by bypassing security.

Hang up and live.

Thanks Jefro for the site.. it's nice... :).. but it doesn't work for me as I'm in Syria.. ;)

Anyhow, if you 've really read my question, I didn't ask how to bypass the security.. I am asking for a chat software which doesn't need https connection...

Sure, I totally understand that part, same where i work. I just thought it odd that a buisness would block all https connections. It was just a comment. My work blocks all sorts of things.

Hi mike.. You are right, it seems odd, but not in Syria :)... For me, I found the answers of (XpUser4Real & Jefro) are odd.. cause some times (or a lot of times) these policies seem to be very stupid.... as there are many work-rounds without losing the job.. ;)

I suppose if its a legitimate need you could ask a supervisor to allow an option as well
