Network Connect not installing/launching on 10.6.8

Specs: Macintosh 10.6.8, 2.8Mhz / 4GB
I've been using Juniper's Network Connect to access my work email, but a few days ago I couldn't get into the Network Connect. I've tried using Firefox, Chrome and Safari and I've also deleted Network Connect and reinstalled. I also got my IT to issue a new account.

Looking at the threads, it maybe a JAVA/OSX issue caused by an update, but I just don't know how to fix the thing.

Any help would be appreciated.

I would check to ensure that the newest java is on the system, it looks like juniper is up to date with this, so that would be the first suggestion.
