my outgoing email appears as spam

Specs: Windows XP
My outgoing email, sent by outlook, is appearing as spam in others inboxes.
This has only started happening over the past 2 weeks, and I haven't changed anything. However, every email I send is appearing with a spam header in others inboxes, or being filtered out.

Go through your address book & make sure none of your own address's are duplicated, obsolete or incomplete. In other words, any that are unusual.

Hi John,

Thanks for that - I have had a quick scan, and it all seems fine.

I've just checked an email that was returned to me, not sent, by barracuda. It states that my email was blocked because the reputation of the IP address is poor. Do you know why this was suddenly happen? Is it a virus?
