And did you visit the link provided in the error message?

"Message not allowed" could indicate that your SMTP server settings are not correct. Your outgoing messages probably require "Authentication" which is done automatically, but only if you select that option in your outgoing mail server settings.

Since you haven't said which email client you are using, I can't explain to you how to do that.
