June 8, 2012 at 14:51:12
Specs: Windows 7
the hacker seem to be able to read my key use so changing password(s) is useless. hacker is very savvy (has savvy tech support), alters my files specially the ones incriminating her/him, deletes files, adds files,.....it has been a nightmare. I can not stop her/him. Please help me. he/she does not steal funds or make purchases on my behalf so it is hard to get help from authorities. Thanks in advance for any help you could provide.

A temporary fix is to turn off the internet on the computer being hacked. Unplug the ethernet cable, or turn off the Wi-Fi adapter. Then back up your files that are critical so the hacker can't mess with them.

You've been helped by a 14 year old.

Or try to end the keyloggers or spyware's process in the task manager under processes, look for any processes that look suspicious, research it on another computer so that whatever is on you computer won't know what you are doing, i think internet infections need the internet for the hacker to communicate with program on your computer so disconnect the infected or hacked computer from the internet and end the process- You can TRY this, it might be quick or it might take long.
