Specs: Windows 7
Hi all,

I forgot my password for administrator user and now I can't log in on my main user. I have another one, but my computer does not allow me to do anything it is asking me always for password and I don't have it. I tried to reset password but it wasn't possible, since I was necessary to give password to run any program.
I can sent you screenshots as wel.

Once you're back in... email the info to yourself - and that way you have an form of cloud storage where you can find it in the future?

"that way you have an form of cloud storage"
Just to add, that works fine for webmail. If you are using an email program, such as Windows Live Mail, you will need to ensure (at least temporarily) that your account is set to keep a copy of the email at the server after download.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Very wise addmontion/suggestion... re' email setting to retain mail on server.

That is particularly applicable re' M$-Office/Outlook, as the default for that is to delete messages from the server once they have been accessed via Office/Outlook of any version!

Perhaps also store the info in the saved files/messages folder(s) too?
