Hi gween2,
Run HJT again and put a check mark next to these entries:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
O1 - Hosts: ::1 localhost
O2 - BHO: (no name) - MRI_DISABLED - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: Conduit Engine - {30F9B915-B755-4826-820B-08FBA6BD249D} - C:\Program Files (x86)\ConduitEngine\ConduitEngin0.dll
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {9D425283-D487-4337-BAB6-AB8354A81457} - (no file)
O4 - Global Startup: MRI_DISABLED

Do you really want this entry? As it is a known source of problems:
O2 - BHO: Conduit Engine - {30F9B915-B755-4826-820B-08FBA6BD249D} - C:\Program Files (x86)\ConduitEngine\ConduitEngin0.dll
O2 - BHO: IMVU Inc Toolbar - {90b49673-5506-483e-b92b-ca0265bd9ca8} - C:\Program Files (x86)\IMVU_Inc\tbIMV1.dll

Now download and run Rkill from this link:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/for...

Then download and run TDSSkiller from this link:
http://support.kaspersky.com/viruse...

Then Malwarebytes from this link:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Update and run a full scan.

Download and run HitmanPro3.5 from this link:
http://download.cnet.com/Hitman-Pro...

Scour.com redirect fix

download and run full scans with following spyware tools...

spybot search&destroy
ad-aware
malwarebytes

then uninstall and reinstall Internet explorer. If you upgrade to IE 8 it will do it for you.

O4 - Global Startup: MRI_DISABLED
You will need to use the Windows Task Manager to close this process prior to fixing.
Then rerun HJT and try again.

Have a look in your startup list for it?
Its in the 04- group entries, if you cant check everything else and leave that one off the fix list.
