Hello. I am very thankful that I have this oppurtunity to seek help! Sophos is telling me Troj/TDL3/Mem-A must be manually removed. This is my work computer on-loan for the summer, therefore Sophos CS will not help me. I log on as the Admin. and have full access to everything. I have the browser redirect problem, and believe it is related to the above Trojan. Thank you for your time!

In the Quarantine Manager, it repeats Troj/TDL3/Mem-A three times and says it is located in Memory. When I click on Memory, it brings me to the Administrator folder under Documents and Settings. There are 8 files that are lighter than the My Documents folder. Thank you for your time.

Those are hidden files, could be infected too, you can try to delete them manually, use unlocker for those which are hard to delete.

Also here is a short list antiviruses that might help

MBAM
hitman pro
superanti-spyware

each can be easily found in the internet.

gavler211, try combofix
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/com...
and follow the directions carefully on that website. Don't open ANY progs while it is analyzing and fixing your PC. It could take 10 minutes to an hour before it completes, depends on how infected your PC is.
