|Try doing a search on Google for 'Security Shield Removal' - there are loads of manual walkthroughs to do it (don't bother downloading any 'removal tools' as these are generally just trying to sell you programs). |
The main steps are to stop the malware from running, either by catching it early in the start-up process and stopping it through Task Manager, or start in safe mode, then remove the start-up item, either directly in the registry, by using MSCONFIG or by using the Tools/start-up section of CCleaner, then delete the folder containing the file. Lastly run CCleaner registry section and Malwarebytes again.
