Specs: Windows XP
I have malware on my laptop I believe as when I click on link it re-directs me to shopping sites etc.
I have malwarebytes that regularly scans and is uploaded but the malware is still there, any ideas what i can do to get rid of it?

I also have avira anti-virus and AVG.

Even when I only have one internet window open, there can be up to 6 iexeplorer.exe processes running.

Also there seems to be lots of processes running on startup, that are slowing me down, how can I prevent them from running on startup? stuff like etc.

You need to decide which AntiVirus program you wan't to run and uninstall the other. Running two AV programs on the same pc will cause conflicts. These will interfere with each other and will make your pc vulnerable to infection.
Now you will have to download Rkill from this link:
Please download the iExplore.exe version to your desktop. Run it.This will stop the malware from running so you can use Malwarebytes.
Now update and run a full Malwarebytes scan, removing all that it finds.
