Specs: windows server 2008
how i can block local area network access to certain system by using mac filter ( not dhcp controlled ), or i have linksys srw 2024 , how can i define rule for mac ACL

MAC filtering is done in the web interface of the router. Add the MAC address of each computer that is wifi connected. That blocks access to the router & your internet service.

i am asking sample settings for srw 2024 24port 10x100x1000 switch, where mac acl require the followings

a) source mac address

b) destination mac address

c) ether type or something like that

The manual can be downloaded at the above site. I never did any routing based on MAC addresses.
