Enter to "Firewall" configuring.
Enter to "Settings" for Filtration system.
Select "Rules for packet filtering" tab.
Edit the following item in list.
>Block # Windows "Server Message Block" Activity # TCP # Inbound(stream) # # # 445
Check "Notify user". ( Change "ON"[*]. Don't touch other setting!! )
OK OK OK ...
So *unchecking* the packet filtering rules (all blocking) for both SMB and NetBIOS.
From two different users who seem to have had the same problem or at least it sounds very very similar as yours.
Apparently it is a bug.
