links being redirected to ad sites

July 24, 2011 at 22:06:12
Specs: Windows 7, turion x2 dual core rm75/4 gigs
links are sometimes redirected to ad sites when clicked. I restored my computer to factory condition a week ago because startup repair wouldnt let me boot into windows. Then i kept receiving blue screens of death, everytime i booted up my computer startup repair always comes up (very annoying), and my windows updates never worked. I restored windows again but i decided not to auto update, so that problem seemed to have gone away for now. now links are redirected to ad sites :(

i just purchased my computer 2 months ago, and dells charging me $130 to remotely access my computer to fix it. ill appreciate it if anyone would wanna help :)

dell will probably not be able to fix it remotely...plus they will not guarantee the work they do.

start by running running these progs in the exact order:
1- rkill.exe
2- tdss killer
3- malwarebytes
ONLY reboot AFTER the malwarebytes scan.
