do a bootscan with Avast and see what it finds and you can also do a quick scan with malwarebytes and fix all it finds

I suspect this should be some Malware..

Try this steps..
1. restart the computer, keep tapping on F8,select safe mode with Networking
2. Once after it get booted, try downloading Malwarebytes
3. Install and Ran the Quick scan
4. If you find any virus remove it, clear the quarantine folders
5. Reset browser settings, clear temp, prefetch and cookies
6. Restart in Normal mode

It would be working fine, still if you find any issues, kindly get back with us.

deep0123, you may have an unwanted rootkit installed. Try these 3 progs in EXACTLY the order listed and DON'T reboot until after the last scan....see if that fixes your problem.
1- rkill.exe

2- tdss killer
