Recently I've been having really bad lag and I posted a topic on this site asking for help about it. Someone did help me with a lot of helpful advice but it didn't help, and now I can't even open my mozilla without my computer saying I need to close a program to save memory... Here's a picture of the warning:

But, look at this...

http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/...

There is nothing in all the files I'm running that's taking up anywhere near 1.6 gigs of RAM, yet it said 80% of my ram was being used at the time, and was giving me that message every 5 minutes or so.

So I decided to scan with AVG Free 8.5 virus scanner and this is what I got...

"Scheduled scan";"7/27/2009, 11:00 PM";"7/28/2009, 7:04 AM";"1536361";"0/0";"0/0";"0/0";""

The 0/0's are saying there were 0/0 infections 0/0 spyware and 0/0 rootkits.

Anyone know of anything to do? I'm not sure if it's a virus or what, but it's bugging the hell out of me to be quite honest.

Please, any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you :)

No one can help you unless you provide the message # or the url to your recent thread. The reason is we don't like to repeat suggestion(s).

By the way the second image (http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s36/peekaywiz0/Warning1.png) is extremely difficult to read - the fonts are so small I forgo trying to enlarge it.
