black list is corrupt and i keep trying to update and restore back and it keeping saying that what can i do HELP

A normal update should fix the corruption. If not, it's probably easiest to uninstall & reinstall Kaspersky. You can also download the latest update file (it's 80Mb+) from various sources - here's MAJORGEEK'S link. You'll need to go into the 'update/source' settings and add the location where you've saved the unzipped file contents.
