In this path:"C:\Users\a\AppData\Local\Temp\AlSrvN.exe.trtmp"
There is file named AlsrvN.exe.trtmp
Is this a virus?

Download and run Malwarebytes free from this link:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Run, Update and do a full scan, include the log in your next reply if anything id found?

It is a trojan horse, so I would recommend that you run these 2 free fully trials untill they run clean:
1- Trojan Remover

Still wanting the log from Malwarebytes free please.
I would also use ESET online scanner, it seems to pick up more than HitmanPro does now days.

Most antivirus programs identify AlSrvN.exe as malware, for example F-Secure identifies it as Trojan.Generic.5184027, and McAfee identifies it as Generic BackDoor!dv. Some malware camouflages itself as AlSrvN.exe, particularly when located in the c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folder. Therefore, you should check the AlSrvN.exe process on your PC to see if it is a threat.
