Specs: Windows 10, 8 GB ram , ryzen 3 1300x
O accidentally clicked on a link that sent me to a phishing site I closed it almost immediately , I didn't put any info and nothing was downloaded (that I know of) i then ran malwarebytes and avast to make sure that nothing was there and they didn't show anything wrong but I want to know if it's possible that I still got a virus that was undetected by my anti viruses

I think you should now run this one too:

AdwCleaner:
https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcle...
Download and "Save" the file somewhere. Go to the saved file then double click it to run the program. Use the "Scan" button, followed by the "Clean" button.

It's particularly good at picking up browser related stuff.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Yep, you backed out fast enough it seems. Running CCleaner (if you have it) can be a good move at that stage too because it clears temporary files.
