Internet browsers have stopped working

I foolishly opened up a zip file I knew had to be a virus. Silly me I thought norton 360 was an AV program. Anyway, now my browsers won't work except for the 64bit version of IE. Chrome , FF and IE32bit all don't work. Norton says it a "trojan.zefarch" and a "suspicious.cloud.5".

Any ideas on how I can get my browsers to work again?

number one, trash Norton....not too good anymore.
Try these free progs
Malwarebytes
Trojan remover
Hitman pro
fix all they find.

You may want to try Avast Free, much better AV in a long run.

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers
