Solved infected computers on my wireless network

Specs: Windows 7 64 BIT home premium, celron (r) dual-core CPU T3100@1.9 GHz ram:3.00GB

i have other computers on my wireless network that i think are infected-could they somehow infect my computer through the wireless router?

the computer i'm using to post about is not the machine i want the information about.the sytem gave details of this which are not the ones relating to the problem machine.

the problem computer is a hp G61, the processor is a celron(r) dual-core CPU T3100@1.9GHZ WITH 3.00 GB of RAM. operating system: windows 7 home premium (64bit)

i don't think this information is relevant anyway.

The simple answer to your question is "yes". Remove the infected computers from the network until you are sure they are clean and thoroughly check any others - they could well be infected now.
