Indestructible virus :(!!can it be overcome?

Specs: Windows 7
Hi to all of you, I have what I call with a certain sympathy :), a small IT problem. I took a digital virus that I can't get rid of even formatting the hard disk and removing all the partitions first. I also switched to hard ways, formatting at low level with "dbain boot", 10 hours to format. Result the nothing, infected two hard disks and all the files with which they came into contact this. Can any of you give me advice on this? Thank you and good day.

Either the BIOS is infected (very rare) or something you're using is infected. DBAN was totally unnecessary. When you deleted the partitions, did you also remove the Windows boot partition? The HDD should have had nothing on it when you were done & seen as 100% unallocated space. Once the partitions are removed, there's no need to pre-format; formatting is done as part of the OS installation. Are any of the programs you're using being run from a USB flash drive? Flash drives are very susceptible to infection & can easily transfer that infection to the HDD.
