I'm hacked by sick people

Specs: Windows Vista, AMD Athlon 64, 4 gigs
How do I remove a "trusted installer" that my "so called significant other" has allowed into our home. I can honestly say I've been beat and am no match for a well versed Linux system in the hands of porn driven S.O.B. I believe it starts from the system boot file, as I've had no luck re-installing the O.S. it always comes back plus she has finally been beat by her lazy attitude towards everything meaningful that was once there, her windows profile of 12 years is a disgrace. I had no idea of "networking", she has intrusted settings and decisions to some other person and they have decided to utilize my hard disk. I have been blinded for 12 freaking years by her involvement with networking. I can't compete with Meta files. The extent she and this group have gone to hide there actions worked up until she decided to get her own server. Its a workgroup, she has the "master" browser and apparently really has a "good" time. Her user settings have infected each computer. I no longer have "administration" rights on my computer and I'm hacked. how can I clean my hard drives of this and can you offer a suggestion on the best way of securing what I can

Almost nothing you said made any sense other than rambling sentences stringing together tech jargon like it was a damn string of worded garland.

Compose your thoughts into a post that explains what the issue is, why you think there is an issue, and what hardware/system you are referring to. This will help us be better able to assist you in dealing with whatever is going on.
