I have installed Malwarebytes and followed the directions and I have used CCleaner and both have removed some threats/virus. I have also checked my LAN and everything is ok there.. I have started IE without add-ons and I have tried everything...What can I do to get this fixed?

Sounds like you IE has been hijacked. Try uninstalling IE and reinstalling it but if it has been rootkitted then this will not work either unless you use a rootkit removal program.
