Most of the "PC fixer" or "PC tune-up" programs are snake oil, many contain spyware and/or malware. Being that KD has never been mentioned or recommended by anyone in these forums before, I would say to stay away from it. If it was any good, people would be singing its praises.

Do you have a problem you're trying to fix? If your specs are accurate, I spot a problem - you have way too little RAM for a 64-bit OS. Too little for a 32-bit OS too, unless it's XP. Even then it would be sluggish.

riider's correct. Good software generally doesn't need advertising and gets a lot of lip-service simply from being good; however I expect some rep from Kerish Doctor to jump in to this thread and defend it to the hilt---aka:
