Try removing your drive and scan it on another computer as an external drive. I like to use Malwarebytes 1st and then an anti-virus.
I hope this is helpfull.

When you start the computer up start hitting the F8 key until a menu appears select start in safe mode with networking. When it loads Download malwarebytes from: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebyt...

Run the update and then run a full scan and get rid of everything it finds.
After that restart you computer normally and see if the virus has gone if it is still there The last option is to do a combofix it is a last option because it can ruin the operating system but it doesn't do it that often.

ComboFix: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...
You will have to download and run this in safe mode with networking as well.
Where it says download location you want the bleeping computers mirror.
Hope this helps.

Regards
Daniel

Remember to clear your system restore points! If you do not the infection(s) will keep coming back.

"The last option is to do a combofix it is a last option because it can ruin the operating system"
combofix will NOT work on 64 bit systems and it does NOT ruin the operating system. Any software can ruin an operating system if they do not follow the instructions.

I think the person that said that (response # 2) should get some experience trying the progs before recommending them to others.

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers
