I have a virus on my computer. Please help!

Specs: Windows 7

I got a real challenge for anyone up for it! So I have had my laptop for going on 2 years now, and I have been having extremely annoying problems with it. Firstly, there is some sort of audio playing ADs in the background noise of my laptop. They range to pretty much about any AD that shows up when you go to a sponsored Youtube video that you cannot skip. I open up the volume mixer to see if I could identify the program making the audio, and it says "Name Not Available" in a separate column from "Mozilla Firefox" or "System Sounds." This has been going on for a good 7 months now. This was the first problem I encountered.

My most recent problem that I have run into has been even more annoying. For example, I am typing this message out to look for help, and it is as though an invisible window is opening up and making everything else inactive unless I click it again. There is no closing or anything happening on the screen, its just as though I clicked on the desktop mid-type, even though my mouse is displayed as being on Mozilla or iTunes. This has made this message extremely hard to type (as you can imagine). This problem is newer, and it seems to just have kicked in within the past few hours.

Now before anyone can recommend me to MalwareBytes, let it be known I have been performing full scans at least once a week and finding on average 2 trojans that I immediately delete and restart my computer. I am a college student and am not looking to spend any money on deleting whatever is causing this problem, especially if there is a way to do so without payment. Please help, and I will be willing to offer more information upon request. I will check this page most likely once a day at the least until it has been deemed fixed. Thank you for any help that can be provided!

Run ESET & post the log please. This scan may take a very long while, so please be patient. Start it before going to work or bed.
You may have to download ESET from a good computer, put it on a thumb drive & run it from there.
Create a ESET SysRescue CD or USB drive
How do I use my ESET SysRescue CD or USB flash drive to scan and clean my system?
Configure ESET this way & disable your AV.
How to Temporarily Disable your Anti-virus
Why Would I Ever Need an Online Virus Scanner?
I already have an antivirus program installed, isn't that enough?
Once onto a machine, malware can disable antivirus programs, prevent antimalware programs from downloading updates, or prevent a user from running antivirus scans or installing new antivirus software or malware removal tools. At this point even though you are aware the computer is infected, removal is very difficult.
5: Why does the ESET Online Scanner run slowly on my computer?
If you have other antivirus, antispyware or anti-malware programs running on your computer, they may intercept the scan being performed by the ESET Online Scanner and hinder performance. You may wish to disable the real-time protection components of your other security software before running the ESET Online Scanner. Remember to turn them back on after you are finished.
17: How can I view the log file from ESET Online Scanner?
The ESET Online Scanner saves a log file after running, which can be examined or sent in to ESET for further analysis. The path to the log file is "C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt". You can view this file by navigating to the directory and double-clicking on it in Windows Explorer, or by copying and pasting the path specification above (including the quotation marks) into the Start ? Run dialog box from the Start Menu on the desktop.

NotSoNerdyGuy ,
Sounds like you have an unwanted rootkit installed. These 3 free tools will help you remove it. You said you already tried Malwarebytes, that's fine, BUT, I'm requesting that you run these tools in EXACTLY the order listed to make the removal possible, and don't reboot until after the last scan
1- rkill.exe
2- tdss killer
3- lastest Malwarebytes
