|a sucker is born every day LOL...as you can tell, Norton is definitely not MY favorite as I have uninstalled it from hundreds of PC's because of the resource hog it was. If you have a company, then I could see paying for protection above the free ones, but if it's only for home use, I would suggest a great free product like Avast, better real-time protection and NO scheduled updates or scans needed ...If you paid for it like you say, contact their tech support and ask them to help you. That's what they are there for.|
You can try uninstalling what you put in using revo uninstaller and have that clean out all the left over registry items. After the uninstall, then you can try installing it again. You probably have some sort of malware on your PC preventing a clean install.
