Specs: Windows 10
Is a https Proxy enough to make me privet while torenting, and with privet I mean that the ISP or anyone that would want to track me can't do that. I got the Proxy from, is it a really bad idea to use a free proxie if so what should I do (do not have a lot of cash to burn on vpn or proxie)

try tunnel bear for free:

How much data do free users get?
Free users start off with 500MB per month. Your data will renew monthly on the same day you last signed in or signed up. Data that is not used in the previous month does not roll over to the next month. You can see how much data you’ve used within the TunnelBear application, or when you log into your account.

If you would like unlimited tunneling for you Bear, check out our pricing here:

there is a discount for 12 month right now, 4.16$ a month or 50$ for a year

i would recommend NordVPN. they do not log so no one can track you, they have multiple servers around the world and layers of security.
