Those files belong to HP digital imaging, which was probally put on there when you installed the drivers for a digital camera or printer

ok that's what I figured. This a computer someone else was using before and I don't need the imaging programs. Just wanted to make sure it was ok to stop them if they're running. I'll see if I can find and remove the programs.
