I'm assuming this is your phone and it's been lost or stolen? If you didn't install/activate Find My iPhone, there is no way to track the phone through Apple, even if wireless is enabled.

You should definitely change your Apple account password. If the phone was stolen, report it to Law Enforcement. Also, report it to your Cell Phone provider so they can de-activate the account so that the phone can't be used for text messages/phone calls. etc.

At the very least, I hope you had a passcode set on the phone...

Doing the best I can here... And remember, there's always more than one path to success. :)

Assuming you have the Find my iPhone installed and enabled on your phone: Go to Apple's site, https://www.icloud.com/#find Login, and you should be able to see where your iPhone is/was when powered on.

Apart from using Find my phone app, which has to. installed on the phone and another compatible computer (a Mac), and which utilises iCloud too, you can only track your iPhone is by means available to the police and security organisations, and the military too.

And to use iCloud and Find my phone the computer logically must be online...?
