How to remove virus blocking my Internet

January 15, 2015 at 05:59:00
Specs: Windows 7, amd I I X 3 440 processer

So I just for some days ago, formatted my entire pc cause it has been eaten up, by viruses. So I find it best to wipe my system, start from a fresh. Everything worked well, during the re installation, and updating windows and drivers. This morning I booted my pc as always, and went on Firefox to watch a stream online. Then suddenly out of nowhere, without me doing anything an weird an exe, with no name in front of it forced itself to download and install. My antivirus popped up automatically, and allowed the installation. I tried to force kill it but nothing I did helped. I tried to run a scan with Malwherebytes, but it found nothing.
I tried another solution, by going to the Internet driver folder, deleting the host file, in notepad, but nothing worked. I am using Comondo antivirus, and I when I try to scan, it just stop and say "Comodo has stopped working".
I tried to scan in save mode, as well tried to entering the Internet, but the virus still blocks my Internet, and antivirus.

"formatted my entire pc"
Did you Delete ALL partitions & then format to NTFS?

W7 - Click on > Drive options (advanced) Then highlight each partition & hit > Delete.

So I have tried to do some more scans mwb, both in safe mode or off safe mode nothing found. But then I performed a full scan with COMODO, in safe mode, and it did find tons of infected files, and have removed most, but my failed to remove some. I'm still blocked from the Internet, so I don't know what to do else from here, since I can't use the Internet. I'm using my phone to to able to write this. Any advice will be strongly appreciated.
