You may need to be a bit more specific with the name of the spyware that's producing the pop-ups, but initially you can try restarting in Safe Mode with Networking - do the pop-ups still reappear? If not, then still while in Safe Mode download, install & run Malwarebytes - that should get you up & running again for now.

Check whether any antivirus, anti spyware is already installed or not. If yes then remove it first and try to install new antivirus otherwise restart your computer in safe mode and try to install a good antivirus. Currently I am using an antivirus by WatchGuard which is protecting my computer from various web threats. To stop spyware you may use the same product from WatchGuard.

Post #2 looks suspiciously like spam, especially as Watchguard isn't a lot of use in this situation.

System Tool is a fake security program. Don't purchase this program, it's a scam. To remove it:
Load your computer in safe mode with networking.
Press ctrl+alt+del
Search for process with random caracters. End task them.
Download legitimate antispyware software. Choose from malwarebytes antimalware and superantispyware. Download, install and update before running a scan. You can also try license keys recovered by security companies. Full removal guide http://www.pcrisk.com/removal-guide...
