Have you tied to uninstall it through "add or remove program" or "uninstall a program"?

If you can't you can try one of the following list
MBAM
hitman pro
true sword

You can easily find each in the web

http://www.pchell.com/support/myweb...
has instructions on how to remove it.
When you use HJT, just post the results into
http://hijackthis.de/
Any questionable results I would suggest that you google them and see if they are safe to remove. Good Luck

Hi there,

I would recommend you to Scan the system with "eScan AntiVirus and Toolkit Utility" from the below link.

http://escanav.com/english/content/...

This tool will scan and remove the known viruses and will also detect new suspicious files.

Run/Execute the downloaded file (mwav.exe), Update it by clicking on the "Update" option and then select the below option to start the scan.

"Memory / Services", "Registry", "Startup Folders", "System Folders", "Scan
Spyware", "Drive", "All Local Drives" , "Scan All files" and "Scan & Clean".

Do restart the pc and let me have your feedback.
And if the problem doesn't resolves. then search for MWAV.LOG file and paste the content of that log here.
